This elegant print captures the graceful curves and timeless beauty of a white arum lily. The design is based on a photograph I took during a day out with my husband on our anniversary one year – a fitting subject to reflect on our love, as this flower symbolises purity and devotion. This personal connection adds an extra layer of meaning to the piece, making it not just a floral study but a reflection of love and cherished moments. (Making it ideal as an anniversary or wedding gift!)

Whether chosen for its symbolism or simply for its striking simplicity, this print brings a sense of serenity and quiet sophistication to any space.

What you'll love:

  • A deeply personal touch Inspired by a real-life moment of love and appreciation.
  • Timeless elegance – A classic floral subject with a minimalist yet impactful design.
  • Symbolic meaning – Representing purity, renewal, and remembrance, making it a thoughtful gift.
  • Handmade craftsmanship – Carefully designed and printed using traditional techniques.
  • Versatile décor – A calming piece that suits modern, classic, or botanical-inspired interiors.
  • Collectible artwork – A unique addition to any nature or floral art collection.

Is this an original, or a reproduction print?

This is a hand-made original woodblock print, meticulously crafted by me in my Kirkcudbright studio. I carved the design into blocks of wood and printed from those blocks onto soft, fluffy Japanese paper with archival pigment inks to create this keepsake artwork - make it yours to treasure for years to come.

How big is it?

If you're buying an unframed print the size refers to the overall size of the mount.

If you're choosing a framed print, the size refers to the glass size. The width of the frame moulding will add a couple of centimetres each way to the final dimensions.

What type of paper is it printed on?

The paper for this print is Japanese kanoko - a beautifully soft, fluffy paper with a warm, creamy tone. The inks are water-based pigment inks of archival quality for longevity.

Does it come with the mount?

Yes! The double bevel-cut mount is included in both the unframed and framed versions.

How is it packed for posting?

Unframed prints are sent in a protective sleeve within a rigid cardboard mailing envelope.

Framed prints are packaged with protective bubble and/or cardboard for safe transit.

Is the packaging eco friendly?

All packaging is as environmentally friendly as possible, and can be reused or recycled.

What are the delivery costs and timescales?

No extra shipping costs are added at check out - the price you see is the price you pay! Usual delivery time is within 1 week. Hand-made prints are created, mounted and framed in my studio. Unframed versions are usually in stock, ready to send out to you. Framed versions may not be immediately available, so could take upto 2/3 weeks to arrive. I will be in touch to advise of a delivery timescale once you've placed your order.

What about returns and refunds?

In the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged, please contact me to arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns for any other reason are discretionary, and limited to 30 days from placing your order. Please get in touch and I'll aim to help you out.
