An Introduction
I'm Claire, a self-taught printmaker with a particular passion for Japanese woodblock techniques. I create original handmade prints using woodblocks and stencils to build up layers of colour by hand.
I also offer fine art reproductions of selected designs, making my work accessible to a wider audience while honouring the spirit of the handmade originals.
My work ranges from gentle nature studies to joyful celebrations of the things that make me smile. What connects them all is my love of printmaking and my wonder at the world around me.
